Australian Securities and Investments Commission:
ASIC is Australia’s corporate, markets and financial services regulator. ASIC regulate Australian companies, financial markets, financial services organizations and professionals who deal and advise in investments, superannuation, insurance, deposit taking and credit.

Romanian National Securities Commission:
CNVM is Romania’s financial services regulator. Due to the fact that Romania is a member of the European Union, the CNVM is a financial service regulator performing its role under the rules of the European Parliament Market in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFiD).

Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission:
CySec is Cyprus’s financial services regulator. Due to the fact that Cyprus is a member of the European Union, CySec is a financial service regulator performing its role under the rules of the European Parliament Market in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFiD).

Banco Central del Uruguay:
The CBU is Uruguay’s financial services regulator. The CBU’s role is to make the rules and supervise its accomplishment by the public and private institutions operating in the financial system
